A Chef de Partie is required to join a luxury sail assisted "yacht" owned by a prestigious cruise company with worldwide itineraries. 

This exciting opportunity is available to candidates who ideally have previous experience in this role onboard cruise/passenger vessels, have proven longevity and hold STCW 95. Salary and Rotation to be confirmed.

Prestigious cruise company requires an experienced Hotel Manager to join one of their luxury "sailing yachts."  Candidates require previous cruise ship experience in this rank, excellent interpersonal skills, organisation, positivity, and good English skills. 

Monthly salary in US Dollars paid whilst on board, plus vacation pay scheme.  Comes with a rotation of 4 months on / 2 months off.  Main sailing areas are the Mediterranean and Caribbean, but does travel to worldwide itineraries.

Assistant Hotel Manager required to join a luxury sail assisted "yacht" owned by a prestigious cruise company with worldwide itineraries.  Salary and rotation to be confirmed.

Candidates require previous cruise ship experience in a senior role, with excellent communication skills and fluent in English, as the majority of guests are American.  STCW95 four part basic is a minimum requirement.  Also need good knowledge of USPH.  Will have additional responsibilities in housekeeping.

A small UK based Cruise company require an experienced Expedition Leader from 20 Aug to 15 Sept 2013.  This cruise is for Australian Charter guests and will be cruising from Manila to Darwin via Philippines, Borneo, Indonesia and East Timor.

Candidates should have previous expedition experience and also a good knowledge of the Kimberleys in Australia as well as the Far East/South China Sea.  Paid a daily rate in GBP.

A 6* Ultra Luxury Cruise Company are looking to recruit a Barista. Previous experience in this position is essential and bar experience would be advantageous. Candidate MUST have relevant Barista Qualification and capable of doing coffee art.

Salary in Euros. 4 months on 2 months off. Paid whilst onboard.

A Club Director is required to join a large modern German Cruise Company. This is a General Hotel Manager position and candidates require previous experience in this role, ideally on a large cruise ship.  Experience of F&B, Housekeeping and Guest Services is essential.

Candidates need to be fluent in German and English and have STCW95 4 part basic.  Contracts are 4 months on / 2 months off paid in Euros.   

Viking Recruitment will be at holding an interview day for hospitality positions with Seabourn in Central London on Monday 8th July 2013.  This interview day is open to hospitality professionals who are interested in joining a 5 star deluxe international cruise brand in a Food and Beverage service position on board. 

Positions open include Housekeeping Stewardess, Restaurant Waiter and Bar Waiter as well as Chefs of all levels and experience. Candidates should have at least a minimum of 12 to 18 months experience in a high end/4 or 5 star hotel or restaurant. These positions offer good working rotation, paid in Euros and the possibility of career progression with the company.   Previous ship experience is not essential.

A 6 star Ultra Luxury Cruise company are urgently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie. This exciting opportunity is available to candidates who ideally have previous experience in this role onboard cruise/passenger vessels or a luxury establishment. Candidates must be located on the island of Mauritius.

Rotation is usually 4 months on 2 months off, paid whilst onboard. Salary in Euros.

Talented Commis Chef required to join a 5* boutique style cruise ship by 24th June.  Position is long term, but seasonal (their season usually runs from March-November every year).  You would be working a rotation of 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off.  Pounds Sterling salary paid monthly during the season, this will be taxed as the vessel mainly travels within the UK.

A 5* boutique cruise company is looking to recruit a Sous Chef . The successful candidate must have previous experience in this role on board a cruise vessel and relevant certification including a valid ENG1 medical and C1/D Visa.

A Executive pastry chef required to join a 5 star plus cruise brand. Suitable candidates should have previous 5 star cruise ship and extensive hotel experience.  Attractive Euro Salary, 4 months on 2 months off is the rotation.

A 5* Luxury Cruise Company are looking for a number of Restaurant Waiters to join their crew. Candidates wishing to apply for this position must have high end restaurant experience in this role and proven longevity.

A Sports & Guest Services Couple are required to join a prestigious cruise company with sail assisted luxury yachts. This position will be working 6 months on 2 months off paid whilst onboard with 4% vacation pay. Salary in US Dollars.

Candidates must have previous customer service experience as this position involves front desk duties and selling tours etc. A background in water sports activities is also a must as well as strong diving experience. PADI certificate, Powerboat Licence and STCW95 are essential.
